- 190 Balderon NPC's
- Balderon map marks
- Xmax decoration
- Baldera: Balderon Achievement
- Halloween decoration
- Camp NPCs
- Dummy collection for Baldera (WIP)
- Added a Baldera Wallboard (Forgot to mention it in server commit)

Fixes

- Fixed some Crafter's Cure potions not working ingame (FatigueAbililty).
