No officers means no discipline—too many are inefficient.<BR><BR>After all these battles so many of the deva footsoldiers are dead, and yet their officers—the viziers and reavers—still live.<BR><BR>I draw near my point. Bringing them to proper elven trim is overambitious, but might we not...even their numbers? Aah, blessed symmetry. I'm sure the devas will thank us for it later.
