<PCNAME>, I've been watching you. Your skills are impressive, but your weapon is sub-optimal. Look at the weapon I just gave you. You'll just need a few items to enchant it. Visit Valdrin in Lumbertown, and he'll give you what you need. Enchanting, eh? I'll fill you in. Enchanting adds to an item's defense on armor, and to a weapon's offense. Repeating the process unlocks bonuses at different levels. To enchant equipment, you need feedstock and alkahest of the same tier. Merchants like myself sell alkahest, and you get feedstock by dismantling gear. To dismantle gear, click the button at the bottom of your inventory, then select the gear you want to convert to feedstock. Easy, right?
