Hagand's attempt to activate the Relativity Stone failed, leading him to suggest that disabling the Storm Barrier would be the key to opening the teleportal to Velika. Knowing that Garm has failed multiple times to recharge the Relativity Stone, I kept one, to experiment with under the same conditions as our ancestors did when they first created the teleportal. And I failed—but unlike Garm, I was easily able to discern why I failed, and why Garm has failed, as well.<NEXTPAGEBUTTON>"Okay...what did you find out?"</NEXTPAGEBUTTON> The only variable is the Storm Barrier. We think of it as a physical barrier, but it is clearly magical as well. That is why the teleportal does not function. If the Storm Barrier can be disabled somehow, the teleportal will function again.
