<String id="103" string="If you think you've found a bug in TERA, we want to know immediately. Please submit all bugs at support.enmasse.com/tera, and be sure to include the following information:&#xA; • Server and character name&#xA; • A detailed description—what exactly is happening?&#xA; • Reproduction steps—how can we find the bug?&#xA; • Location in game—where were you?&#xA; • Other helpful information (if applicable)—name of the NPC, mob, town, skill, item, etc. Does the bug occur every time, or only sometimes? The more information, the better.&#xA; • For technical bugs, include your system specs (ex: dx diag report output).
