<String id="101" string="Problems we want to know about: vulgar language, spamming, or harassment toward you or someone else; botting or hacking; soliciting items, gold, or in-game services for real money; inappropriate character or guild names or images.

There are three ways you can report a player to customer support:
 1) Click on the player and select "Report",
 2) In chat, click on the player's name and select "Report", and 3) On post meassages, click on the "Report Player" button located on header of the mail you receive." />

<String id="102" string="Whether your character is stuck, your game is glitched, or you just need help, it's not a problem. Every one of our Customer Support agents at support.enmasse.com/tera is a GM. As gamers, we know bouncing from person to person can be frustrating, especially if none of them are actually authorized to solve your problem. That won't happen here; all our agents can resolve any issue, from billing to tech to GM help.

<String id="103" string="If you think you've found a bug in TERA, we want to know immediately. Please submit all bugs at support.enmasse.com/tera, and be sure to include the following information:
 • Server and character name
 • A detailed description—what exactly is happening?
 • Reproduction steps—how can we find the bug?
 • Location in game—where were you?
 • Other helpful information (if applicable)—name of the NPC, mob, town, skill, item, etc. Does the bug occur every time, or only sometimes? The more information, the better.
 • For technical bugs, include your system specs (ex: dx diag report output). If you're not sure it's a technical bug, go ahead and include this information.
